How we research
We verify published software prices and feature claims against official vendor pages, distinguish monthly from annual billing, and link to source material so readers can confirm changes. Figures can become outdated, so date-stamped comparisons are a snapshot rather than a price guarantee.
As of the October 21, 2026 launch, the software guide is desk research, not first-hand product testing. We do not publish fabricated user experiences, invented ratings, or claims that operators will achieve a particular income.
How the calculator works
It separates upfront equipment costs, monthly fixed costs, revenue per booking and direct variable expenses. It estimates operating contribution and a payback timeline. It does not predict demand, tax liability, product life, losses, or the value of your labor unless you include those costs in your entries.
How we may get paid
We intend to apply to relevant affiliate and referral programs. There are no active tracked affiliate links on the launch version of this site. If that changes, we will add a clear commission disclosure near every relevant recommendation and update this page. Recommendations are not sold as sponsored editorial rankings.
Corrections
Check the vendor source pages before subscribing. The site does not currently collect contact forms or user data. Corrections and contact details can be added once a dedicated domain and mailbox are established.
